MIAX Files Immediate Rule Change to Revise Complex Order Rebate Schedule
The amendment applies to MIAX members and affiliates and takes effect immediately upon filing on August 31, 2026.
Effective September 11, 2026, the rule change revises fees for market data distributors, subscribers and vendors handling Nasdaq TotalView Plus and Basic Plus.
The exchange's proposed rule change, filed Sep. 1 and effective Sep. 1, raises the credit per security for eDMMs quoting at the NBBO from $1,250 to $1,400.
Effective immediately, the rule change waives market data distributor fees and adjusts subscriber fees for firms using Nasdaq TotalView Plus and Basic Plus.
